Honor
We honor the ones who came before β the hands that built the 509, the ones who worked under the sun so we could dream. We treat every business with the same respect their work deserves.

Our story
I was born in Kennewick and raised in Othello, in the heart of the 509. My roots come from MichoacΓ‘n and Jalisco.
My parents started in the orchards β apples, cherries, and later onions and potatoes. They couldn't always afford a babysitter, so they took me with them. Some of my earliest memories are running through the orchards, between the trees and tall grass, under the same sun they worked in all day.
When I was a kid, my dad gave me a twelve-pack of sodas and told me, "Sell them, make something off them, and with that same money, buy more." In that heat, they sold themselves. That was my first business.
I didn't know it then, but he was teaching me everything.
I went to the University of Washington as a first-generation student. After graduating, I worked in brand representation and tech sales β moving from industry to industry, but always paying attention to the same thing: business owners with roots like mine, people with grit, people with pride, building something real but almost invisible online.
My parents are the strongest people I know. I grew up working in the fields too β not just watching the work, but learning what sacrifice, discipline, and pride cost up close. My mother always told me to build something of my own. DOZA is that something.
Something of my own. Something that mattered. Something that gave back to our people.
Most local businesses are missing the digital edge that could change everything for them. That's the gap DOZA was born to close: to take everything I've learned, lived, and gathered, and bring it back to my community. To make us stronger. To honor the ones who came before us, and inspire the ones who come after.
And it's for every family that helped build this place with their hands.
This is my parents' dream made real.
What we carry
We honor the ones who came before β the hands that built the 509, the ones who worked under the sun so we could dream. We treat every business with the same respect their work deserves.
We are people of pride. We create digital presence worth showing off β a site you would want to show your mother, your neighbors, your people. If it does not make you proud, it is not finished.
Our people's work has always carried dignity. Their digital presence should carry it too. We never build anything that makes you look like less than who you are.
If your business already has something special, DOZA's work is to make it visible.
